Feedback & Complaints
Our practice encourages patients to give feedback, both positive and negative, and we have processes in place for responding to feedback.
Where possible patients are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with the practice team and attempts are made for a timely resolution of such concerns within the practice in accordance with our complaint resolution process.

Please be informed that we are a private billing clinic, and do not generally bulk bill.

Fees may change with no notice, and higher rates apply for Saturday, and emergency appointments.
All fees are payable on the day of your appointment.

Prescription requests without an appointment
These can be requested from your Doctor without you having to come in for an appointment through our online booking section; please be aware that they can take up to 3 working days to process. If you have difficulty requesting this online, please call the Clinic and we can assist you.
Our Doctors are only able to provide repeat prescription for ongoing medication/s that are not classed as a S8 medication. You also need to have attended an in-clinic appointment with a Doctor at our Practice within the past 6 months. The cost is of this service $30.
Referral request without an appointment
Our Doctors are only able to provide a repeat referral for you without an appointment to a health professional you have already seen previously for an ongoing issue.
These can be requested through our online booking section and please note you also need to have been seen at our Practice within the past 12 months. The cost is of this service $30 and this can take up to 3 working days to process. If you have difficulty requesting this online, please call the Clinic and we can assist you.
Results, Recalls & Reminders
Test Results Notification Policy
As a patient, it is your responsibility to follow up on your test results. However, please be assured that:
We will notify you if a follow-up appointment with your GP is required to discuss your results
If your doctor has reviewed your results and no further action is needed, we will also inform you.
You will usually be notified through an automated text message.
Please also be aware that our friendly reception team cannot provide test results over the phone. They are only able to advise whether a follow-up appointment is necessary.
You are also able to request a copy of your results by asking your GP or reception, but please be aware that the GP needs to have reviewed the result prior to the release.
Recalls and Reminders:
As part of our commitment to providing quality healthcare, we may occasionally send you an SMS or email reminder to participate in a preventative health screening or activity relevant to your care.
To book an appointment or learn more, please contact our friendly reception team or book online.
If you prefer not to receive these reminder messages, simply let our reception staff know, and we’ll update your preferences.
Repeat Referrals and Prescriptions
Patients are required to book an appointment — either in-person or via telephone — for all repeat prescriptions, referrals, and medical certificates.
Please note: Urgent requests may be difficult to accommodate due to doctor availability and leave. We strongly recommend planning ahead to avoid delays.
